Simple Return & Refund Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.


If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.


Returns

You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging.


Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned

item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.


Exceptions

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

• Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged

• Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging

• Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use


How to return

To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:

1. Login to our online store using your email address

2. Choose the products you wish to return or exchange from your order

3. Print your order form that you received by email

4. Send an email to sales@digiwiz.co.za with the return details and original order form and state the items you wish to return

 

Shipping

If the return is due to any of the following

• Goods damaged in transit

• Malfunctioned products

• We shipped the wrong product or variant (e.g wrong colour)


You will not be charged shipping for the return. For all other return cases you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non¬refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
